La quinta efficiencies
La Quinta Efficiencies are duplex rooms that sleep about 7-8 guests. There are 2 rooms with one kitchen and 2 restrooms. It has a big yard with a BBQ pit and a fire pit where friends and family can unite. The pier is private and it has a boat lift access. This pier also has an upstairs pier with a beautiful view of the Arroyo Colorado. It is a perfect getaway for 2 small families or a small group of friends. Any stay is a 2 night minimum stay. Deposit is $200 to reserve your date.
