The Bird House is a 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 restrooms. House sleeps 9 people. The house has a full kitchen, dining room, and  living room.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a loft sleeping area with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom is on the  bottom floor  with bunk beds. (No downstairs bathroom.)

The best part of this home is the outdoor game area  with a TV to watch your favorite game. There is enough seating for the whole family and it is also covered all around in case of a rainy day.  The property has a big backyard for children to run and play. 

The view of Arroyo from the second floor is amazing. 

It is really a home away from home. 

Weekends are a 2 night minimum stay. 

Deposit $150.00 

Pets allowed with a $500 deposit. 

Deposit will be refunded after check out if there are no damages.
